→ One day on a school morning, I made my way to school. I was at the bakery by myself, so I could buy stuff from the bakery. I wouldn’t want to be starved before school. I didn’t have breakfast. I was kind of in a rush as well because it was 8:15,

My mum gave me twenty dollars that day and I bought myself a pie and a drink,

Three years ago from today I got into my uniform at 8 then finished at 8:15 then I hurried outside to go to the bakery which is a 2 minute walk from my house if you’re running and if you’re walking it will take you about 4 to 5 minutes. I forgot that my mum left 20 dollars on the bench and ran back to pick it up. As soon as I picked it up I ran back like I did before. I bought myself a mince and cheese pie and bought myself a mountain dew. I also realised that when I bought it and was just about to take a bite out of my pie it was 8:30 and the first bell just rang. So i ate it then i checked my bag once more and realised i forgot my lunch for school like i did with my 20 dollars.

Paragraph 2 it’s now 8:35 and I just reached my home exhausted from all the running. I packed my lunch and I packed myself a sandwich with a classic pb and j, crackers and a yogurt not much sense i wasn’t that hungry. So I grabbed it once more then ran back out for the second or third time in a row. And when i got to the gate it was already closed because it was 9 o’clock. And you may be wondering how it’s 9 well because I also had to have a shower.

Paragraph 3 so when my mum is still home i ask my mum to drop me off and she just told me to walk there. So I walked there and had to sign in. So after I signed in I had to walk all the way to my class room. And it takes me about 10 minutes to get there. So I walked to my classroom and my teacher opened the door and said where I was and I just said I was late. The end

Money

this week wee have been doing a maths task called money. it is about a maths task all about money and how money is not always important in life. it was fun easy and exciting. i liked how this was super duper easy to do. please leave a positive comment bye.

Superhero

this week we had a follow up task/ reading task called Superhero. it is about a story named leki who didnt know what culture he was. at the end of the story he felt like he was all three of them he was but he felt more niuean then samoan and tongan. at the end he didnt have a costume fore halloween but he made a halloween costume out of niue clothes and said my culture is my superhero

Immersion Assembly recap

→introduction-
We were at assembly at 9:00 because of the immersion assembly for school and there was every teacher but some were away. Immersion assembly is something where people gather around and show what theme for the term they will be doing its something where all the teams gather up in the hall

Team 1 did a song where they were baking cheese scones and they were making it with cheese, milk and more because they didn’t show the rest. And their teachers’ names were Ms Cortez , ms sherly, Ms Lau, and Ms Hockley. When they were cleaning up after they made their cheese scones Ms Hockley was cleaning a metal tray and she kept turning the sink on and off which was the first beat of the song. Then Ms Lau came with a broom and kept sweeping, which was the 2nd part of the song. Then after Ms lau Ms sherly can with a rattle and it was the 3rd part of the song and it went a little something like bsss tch chic and then finally Ms Cortez came with a metal bowl and got a spoon and started hitting the spoon with bowl and they made a banger song.

Team 2 did a thing where they did a 1 feature with a different song and the 2nd feature with a different song. And the first one was a picture of a teacher running and mrs willson looks at her like shes the ref and then the 2nd part played and it was the same clip but a different song. I prefer the 2nd one because it had a better beat and had better tune. Then the 2nd clip came and it was where a teacher came and found a box and when she opened it it was so bright and the music was an alright type of music in my opinion. Then the 2nd version came and it was the exact same like i explained in the first sentence i said. Then the rest is exactly the same as the first 2 things i said which is pretty scary as in sound effects.

Team 3 term 3 did a thing where they did the pitch perfect song. There were 4 teacher standing in front of the table. And when the first teacher was up to do the pitch perfect song she ended up doing it then she passed a cup on because there were 4 cups. Then the 2nd teacher did it and she passed it on and on and on they ended up doing all the cups to do the pitch perfect cup song. They picked it up clapped their hands then put it down. It was very difficult to do and explain. Then when they were about to pass it on to the 4th and last teacher and she did it but it looked like she delayed it but turns out she didnt. Then when they were finished it zoomed in on the 2nd teacher and she smilied then it ended.

Team 4 team 4 did a thing where they showed us a video about what they do after school ends during the middle of school start of school and more during the day. At the start they go to the shops and play songs on the screen when they get their food. Then during the day when a group is reading with them they would always sing and say why why why on the screen. And during the last block they were tired they went home went to the shops again and they got more food before they went home. and there was more but i dont really know how to explain it so thats all i know about team 4.

Team 5 team 5 did a thing where they did a guessing game they got the 4 teachers from team 5 and 4 students in year 7 and 8. They did a thing where they guessed the song from its country. The 4 students and the teachers got a buzz the students got like a drum thing to hit it as their buzzer. And the teachers buzzer was the chicken that makes the sound when you squeeze it. It was very challenging and hard for them as we all watched in the crowd for assembly. The teachers were supposed to win but Mr moran said that the students had 1500 points and the teachers had 1499 points. As for the students their prize was a yumi gumi string. And that was the end of immersion assembly

Money

This week we have been doing a maths task called Money. it is about a task that we learnt in a group and it was really easy fun and exciting. we can round up 10 dollars with anything 2 5 dollar notes, 10 1 dollar notes and more that you can add to make the number 10 with money

Conductor

this week we have been doing a follow up task/reading task called conductor. conductor means it can be used when you use the stage and it also means leading the stage. it was really fun exciting and easy. this is our first follow up task after 2 weeks of school holidays. please leave a positive comment bye.

Number Strategy

this week we have been doing a math strategy task called number Strategy. it was really fun and exciting because it was the last week and tomorrow we have something going on so we wont be doing work. I liked doing this because I like finishing my work. please leave a positive comment
